Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Policy Researchers to join our dynamic team. As a Policy Researcher, you will primarily assist in conducting thorough research, analyzing legislation, and preparing reports that inform our clients' strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on public policy issues and legislative developments.
- Analyze and synthesize complex information into clear and actionable reports.
- Monitor and report on government proceedings and relevant hearings.
- Support the development of policy briefs and presentation materials for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to advise clients on potential impacts of legislative changes.
- Participate in networking events and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in policy research, either in a professional setting or through internships.
- Familiarity with the U.S. political process and its implications in an international context is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and research.
